Grimsley Ironworks was born from a passion for metalwork and a commitment to doing things right. Founded by Travis Grimsley, our company started as a one-man welding operation and has grown into a full-service metal fabrication shop serving clients across the region.

Travis learned the trade from his father and grandfather, carrying forward generations of metalworking knowledge. That old-school dedication to quality — measuring twice, welding once — is embedded in everything we do.

Today, Grimsley Ironworks combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Our team of certified welders and fabricators uses CNC equipment alongside time-tested hand techniques to deliver results that are precise, durable, and built to last.

First Commercial Contract

Grimsley Ironworks lands its first major commercial steel fabrication project, expanding the team and investing in new equipment.

Shop Expansion

The growing demand for our services leads to a major facility expansion, including a CNC plasma cutting system and overhead cranes.

500+ Projects Milestone

Travis Grimsley

Founder & Master Fabricator

With over 15 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding, Travis brings a rare combination of technical mastery and creative vision to every project.

AWS certified and trained in structural, ornamental, and specialty welding techniques, Travis personally oversees every major project that comes through the shop.

His philosophy is simple: "If it has my name on it, it's going to be right."
